This five-day (36-hour) intensive unit aims to help spiritual directors grow in the competencies necessary to supervise others in the ministry. This five-day (36-hour) intensive unit introduces spiritual directors to peer and group supervision which are adjuncts to individual supervision. Group supervision develops the directing skills of the spiritual directors within the group. Peer groups offer opportunities for ongoing formation among spiritual directors.
