Martin Scroope (Director) is married with three adult children. He taught for 21 years in Jesuit schools. For the past 13 years, he was the founding Director of the Loyola Institute - a centre for formation and leadership. He is the author of a number of works on Ignatian spirituality, education and leadership. He has worked with many Australian Catholic school communities, congregations and Jesuit institutions overseas.
Michael Ryan SJ (Assistant Director) is community leader of the Jesuits residing at Arrupe House on the Canisius property. He has worked recently in the Sevenhill Centre of Ignatian Spirituality. He brings to the spirituality ministry a rich experience in Jesuit Education.
Peter Beer SJ is a Lonergan scholar and specializes in giving 30 day and 8 day retreats, as well as being an experienced spiritual director.
Mary Flynn RSJ is a Sister of St Joseph, with a background in school education, adult education, faith formation for adults, and spirituality. She is trained and experienced in both the contemplative, and Ignatian models of spiritual direction and retreat work, and in supervision of spiritual directors and retreat teams. Mary has a particular passion for helping others discover God more deeply in the ordinary of everyday life.
Sally Longley is an experienced spiritual director and retreat leader with extensive cross-cultural experience. She is Hon. Assoc. Minister in her church, qualified in Theology and in the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, a speaker at conferences and retreats of all denominations.
Lynette Toohey RSCJ is professionally trained in social work, theology and spiritual direction. As a member of the Society of the Sacred Heart, which has an Ignatian heritage, she is presently in a leadership role in her congregation.
Anne Wakatama is mother of two adult children whom she raised as a single parent and has worked as a general practitioner for many years in rural NSW. She has had cross-cultural experience working in Africa and has also worked with Aboriginal people. She trained in spiritual direction at Loyola House and at Regis College in the University of Toronto. She is an experienced director in the Ignatian tradition and the Spiritual Exercises. She also enjoys giving workshops in spirituality.
Guy Yeomans is pastor of a small Baptist Church in St Ives, NSW. Guy has completed the spiritual directors program at the Jesuit Centre for Spiritual Growth, Wernersville, Penns. USA and a Masters degree in Christian Spirituality. He is husband to Sandra and father of twins.

Heather Johnston is a writer and has led writer’s workshops for many years as well as facilitating silent retreats. She has written a number of books, including those of her poetry and often has another project on the go. Together with her husband Jim, she has Africa, for almost 30 years.
