Silent Directed Retreats

These retreats offer the opportunity for silent prayer and daily individual direction. The retreat finishes with breakfast on the final day. Each day there will be the opportunity to meet with your spiritual director, attend the Eucharist and join with other retreatants in silent prayer.

During your time with us, the Retreat Centre will be in silence. Please arrive at the Centre on the first evening by 7.00 pm for a 7.30 pm start.

This is a gentle way of trying a silent, individually-directed retreat. Traditionally called in Latin a Triduum, it begins on Monday at 7.30 pm and finishes with 8.30am Mass on Friday morning.

One Day Retreats For God’s Sake Stop

“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” Mk 6:31. We offer you a day of quiet prayer, nurture, a listening ear and nourishing lunch. This is a chance to experience silence, spiritual direction and a gentle introduction to Ignatian Spirituality.
