This quiet day for Pastoral Associates is an invitation to reflect on ways in which Jesus’ life was a song in praise to the Father. Reflecting on the Cup of Life - A Retreat

‘This cup holds grief and balm in equal measure, light, darkness. Who drinks from it must change’ May Sarton in Joyce Rupp’s book ‘The Cup of Our Life’, 1997. This Retreat for Pastoral Associates draws on the metaphor of cup to engage with our stories of living the gospel through times of emptiness and plenty. The retreat begins with dinner on Monday at 5.00 pm and ends at 5.00 pm Thursday.

Life for teachers and school staff is full of competing demands and many feel under increasing pressure in their professional lives. Would you like time to reflect? Would you like to be inspired? Would you like to renew your energy, enthusiasm and vision? The chief dynamics of these days are: (i) storytelling, (ii) personal reflection, (iii) sharing in pairs and small groups. Masculinity A One Day Seminar for Men
